Tip # 2. If the answer of the question is not known, opt an answer that you feel nearly correct. Don’t leave any question unanswered since there are no negative marks. Tip # 3. IPECC - Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling and Closing. IIPM
Tip # 4. BCWP, BCWS and ACWP may be mentioned in the question as Actual Cost (AC), Planned Value (PV) and Earned Value (EV) respectively. Tip # 5. No minimum scope for individual knowledge area. IIPM
Tip # 6. Read the questions twice and look for clues like NOT, ELSE, FIRST, MOSTLY, etc., Tip # 7. You won’t get questions from knowledge areas. Questions will be from process areas. IIPM
