馆际互借使用情况介绍. 兰州大学图书馆 2006.5. 途 径. 国家图书馆 NSTL 清华大学图书馆 CALIS 馆际互借系统 (2004 年开始 ) 中科院兰州分院图书馆. 传 递 方 式. 在收到读者的请求后，我们当天就会做出回应，并在最快的时间内将文献传递给读者。. 人 员 及 设 备. 我馆进行馆际互借的专职传递人员为 2 名，在传递量大 ( 如免费传递月 ) 时，为使读者及时获得文献，还有 5 位同事也参与此项工作。 设备：工作用电脑、打印机 3 台、扫描、传真、复印一体机 1 台等。. 免 费 传 递 服 务.

  2. 途 径 • 国家图书馆 • NSTL • 清华大学图书馆 • CALIS馆际互借系统(2004年开始) • 中科院兰州分院图书馆

  3. 传 递 方 式 • 在收到读者的请求后，我们当天就会做出回应，并在最快的时间内将文献传递给读者。

  4. 人 员 及 设 备 • 我馆进行馆际互借的专职传递人员为2名，在传递量大(如免费传递月)时，为使读者及时获得文献，还有5位同事也参与此项工作。 • 设备：工作用电脑、打印机3台、扫描、传真、复印一体机1台等。

  5. 免 费 传 递 服 务 • 目前针对本校读者每年进行两次免费传递月，每次的传递量都在1500篇左右，年度总费用约2万 • 今后目标：全额补贴，年传递量突破6000篇/年

  6. 宣 传 推 广 • 一小时讲座 • 本科生及研究生授课 • 新生发放入学手册 • 配合免费传递月，时段内持续宣传

  7. 存 在 的 问 题 • 必须依靠CCC系统 • 系统不够稳定
