  1. CSFMeeting Board Members: President: Michelle Nguyen VPs: Dana Le and Jennifer Quijas Secretary: Jade Hang Treasurer: Tien Nguyen Publicist: Annie Duong

  2. This year’s Goal • Goal: to raise $4000 to give to charity (Raised $700 so far) • UNICEF – goal: $500 (current) • BASKETS and CARDS (current) • Ronald McDonald • Backpacks • Toy Drive • Shoes • Valentine Day Cards • Book Drive • Clothing Drive

  3. Point System • 20 points per semester • 10 points for community service and 10 points for events • Each event is 5 points and each fundraiser is 2 points • 6 semesters for stole and sash • 4 semesters for sash • Google document

  4. Fundraiser • POPTARTS!!!! • CHECK OUT POPTARTS AT ASB AND BRING YOUR RECEIPT TO MS. NGUYEN TO GET THE BOXES • Two boxes for two points. • Each packet is $1 • $16 total – return money to ASB • PICK UP MORE! • Over today – must turn in money by November 15! • Person that sells the most gets a prize!

Service Events • UNICEF boxes- return at the 3rd meeting Nov. 2 (2 points) Pick up more for Halloween. • Baskets and cans will be collected now! • - non-perishable foods to E101 (no expired foods!) • 10 cans for 2 points • Last Day for cans is Nov. 9 • Elizabeth Gregory • Jefferson Elementary – 5 event points

  6. Next Meeting • November 2! • Last Point – Sweatshirt design! Send the image from customink.com. Please come up with some ideas and turn them into Ms. Nguyen or email csf1313@gmail.com by Nov. 2 • Free event points for the winning design! • Sign up for emails! Thank you for coming!
