  9. Cruise payment The price is for 1 place in double cabin (cabin for 2 persons). The price includes: Staying in the cabin of chosen category, Full Board meals, entertainment program on board, water park, pool, sauna, jacuzzi, everyday cabin service andchange of linen and towels, fitness center, sport deck, casino, library, transportation of luggage in ports, governmental taxes (329$ per person), cruise fee (180$per person), obligatory tip (11,5$per person per day), cruise insurance (1,5$per person per day)

  10. Additional place in the cabin In some cabins you may accommodate 1 or 2 additional places. Additional places are sofa-bed or upper bed. The number of such cabins are limited, that’s why if you want to book a cabin with additional places, make a reservation in advance. The price of additional place does not depend on the age. The price of place for child from 6 months till adult is the same. The price of 1 additional place in the cabin of any category: 1000$while reservation before 01.01.2013, 1050$while reservation after 01.01.2013 The price includes all the same, as mentioned above.

Carnival Sunshine • The price does not include: • Flight tickets to Venice and back from Barcelona • Consular fee for the Schengen visa (different in each country) • Staying in hotels • Transfer from Venice airport and return to Barcelona airport • You may pay at will: • SPA treatments (face and body), message • Saloon treatments (hair cut, manicure, pedicure) • 5D cinema, InternetWiFi • Drinks in all bars • Mini bar in the cabin • Club restaurant on the ship(charge is only for table reservation) • Excursions

  12. Cruise payment You can pay 100% of cruise payment or to do a payment by installments, as you wish. If you book a cabin, for example, in November’10, then for reservation you need to sum up the first and second parts of payment, remaining payment you will do according to the schedule. If you have no a pair in the cabin, Palmary may help you to find a pair among our travelers, according the age, sex, country of residence and etc. If Palmary can’t find a pair for you, you need to pay for single staying. Single staying in the cabin costs 200%. It means if you stay alone, you pay double payment. If you want to book a cabin with additional places, you have to do a prepayment for all places in the cabin. For example, if you need a cabin for 2 adults and 2 children, you pay for all 4 places. You can’t pay for 1 place and reserve a cabin for four.

  14. Cancellation policy Once you replenish a cruise account in Palmary and book a cruise, you agree with all conditions of the cruise contract. As well as all cruising companies, Palmary has conditions of cancellation of cruise. Penalty for cancellation ofcruise depends on date: Before December’ 15 2012 – 300$for any category of cabin Between December’ 15 – January’ 10 – 600$for 1 place in the inner cabin, 800$for 1 place in the balcony cabin Between January’ 10 – February’ 10 – 800$for 1 place in the inner cabin, 1000$for 1 place in the balcony cabin Between February’ 10 – March’ 1 – 1000$for 1 place in the inner cabin, 1500$for 1 place in the balcony cabin After March’1 - 100% cancellation fee The date of cancellation of cruise is the date when Palmary signs up a letter with request to cancel the cabin

  15. Cancellation policy If you can’t join a cruise, but find another traveler on your place in the cabin, Palmary may do a rename. Before March’ 1 a rename of place in the cabin with no charge Between March’ 1 – April’1 – a penalty is 50$ per 1 person. There is no chance to rename a traveler in the cabin after April’ 1. To avoid the financial losses because of an illness, problems with health at close people, with impossibility of departure from the country, or because of refusal in the Schengen visa, it is possible to issue an insurance from not departure. This insurance you may issue in Palmary, the cost is round 3,5%. All information about insurance policy you may request on email vspirina@palmarytravel.com
