  16. HERMES Examination and National Societies • The Hellenic National Society have congratulated the 2008 successful candidates in an awarding ceremony last February 2009

  17. HERMES Examination and exit examinations • Beginning 2009 , the Swiss Society of Pneumology (SGP/SSP) (Schweizerische Gesellschaft für Pneumologie) will have the HERMES European Examination as the part 1 (knowledge-based part) of their exit examination

  18. What can FERS do? • Promote the HERMES European Examination in their respective societies • Promote the HERMES European Examination to the respective health authorities • Open avenues for the adoption of the HERMES European Examination as the knowledge-based part of national exit examinations
