  5. Proposition: Without the guidance of the Holy Spirit we can not speak words of hope to the people and build their faith.

  8. Observation Strange Tongues: is always mention in these passages from Verses 1-25.

  12. Let us start in Verse 3 But those who proclaim God’s message speak to people and give them help, encouragement and comfort.
