  3. Objectives • Describe strategies to overcome individual, team and organizational immunity to change. • Discuss how autonomy, mastery, and purpose drive engagement.

  4. What is immunity to change? • Study on seriously-ill patients • No change in diet, exercise or smoking = Death • ONLY 1 in 7 will make the changes
