This document explores the role of statistics in assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the workforce in Cleansing and Solid Waste (CSW) Operations. By analyzing data from July 2011 to June 2012, we aim to gather actionable information that can inform strategic planning for the medium to long term. It is important to remember that these statistics represent human beings – the essential Human Element of our organization. We also review disciplinary cases and their outcomes to provide a comprehensive view of workforce dynamics.
