Common mission – improve the health status of the residents Methodist Hospital’s service area includes the three western counties of the ADD – the same area served by the GRDHD History of addressing community needs collaboratively – Diabetes Coalition Confidence that the key issues affecting the health status of the citizens in our region have no county or regional boundaries.
