The ECFA Review Panel for neutrino oscillation experiments has ratified its mandate and appointed its chair and members. A separate review panel for Detector R&D is also being established, with a call for leadership. Furthermore, ECFA endorses the transformation of EPPOG to IPPOG, promoting global collaboration. Key organizational matters and operational modes will be clarified by the next PECFA. Additionally, the ECFA has extended studies on the Linear Collider and LHeC, ensuring alignment with European strategy updates and initiating R&D activities.
