Analysis of SKOV-3 and OVCAR Cell Lines in Gene Expression Using siRNA Treatment

This figure illustrates the experimental outcomes of siRNA treatment on various ovarian cancer cell lines, including SKOV-3, OVCA432, OVCAR3, and their effect on target gene expression. The average results from three independent experiments were recorded, showing varying levels of gene silencing at percentages of 79.75%, 15.18%, and 92.4%. Importantly, no Ct values were detected in up to 40 cycles of qPCR for some samples, highlighting the efficacy of the siRNA approach in understanding gene function in ovarian cancer.
