  2. Simbang Gabi 2012 Manpower Plan Identified Subgroup Warden Leaders: 1. Bro Gerry - 6 wardens - in charge of right side of main church and offertory/collection and communion formation. 2. Bro Eric - 7 wardens - in charge of left side of main church, inside doors, communion formation and paving way for procession going in and out of the main church. 3. Sis Mona - 7 wardens - in charge of outside doors and control of crowd going in/out and upstairs. (Bro Elmer and 2 wardens will initially control parking area then help Mona's team). 4. Bro Roel– 5 wardens - in charge of 4th floor offertory/collection and communion formation.

  16. Simbang Gabi 2011 Lessons & Implementations For SG2012, Extraordinary Communion Ministers and Lectors will no longer be allowed to seat in the Sanctuary. They can be seated together in three pews at congregation level. The leader of the local warden has allowed the doors to be opened causing an airconditioning unit to leak. It has been implied that there will be no untoward issue against this matter as long as we clean the place afterwards. Wardens [i.e. Hospitality Ministers] must be assigned at 2nd Floor [Reception Level] to control/stop people from further congesting the already crowded Main Church Foyer [at 3rd Floor Level]. Now this clearly emphasized the importance of CCTV. We need several staff to be assigned in the canteen not only for catering the food early but more importantly for it's security and safety. This means that these volunteers will watch over the food throughout the period of celebration, poorly missing the on-going Novena Mass. All the more we need to employ a temporary local CCTV at this place. As suggested in the SGC meeting last February, we are considering to adopt a new department that resembles a First Aid Team which can respond to immediate and simple medical attention.
