  3. Funding Proposition • Most G-77 countries are developing and have few resources to spend on emission reducitons • Request funding for research grants from G-7 countries and NGO’s & IGO’s • Work with corporations to gain investment in green technology

  4. Enforcement • No decision reached • Discussed different enforcement policies on a country-to-country basis
