List of Key Projects Large Scale Industrial/Land Development Projects • SEZ at Sriperumpudur • LandTech has been providing professional design services to 300 acre Industrial SEZ • LandTech has been providing services in the discipline of Architecture, Interior, Land Development Engineering, Transportation, Drainage and Infrastructure aspects of the project. • Facility design includes 18,000 Pallete positions, Cold Storage, VAS area & Warehouse Management office • LandTech has been retained as a Comprehensive Design services of the entire Logistics warehouse park • Project includes vision of 10 nos of Warehouse sized in the range of 1.3 LakhSqft each. • Services include Master Planning, Comprehensive Facilities Design and Project management/Total coordination

List of Key Projects Planning Projects • City Development Plan, 2009 Chennai: • LandTech has represented as Transportation Planner for Chennai City Development Plan, JNNURM project executed by CDIA (City Development Initiative of Asia). • T Nagar Urban Re development Study, LandTech represents Transportation, Drainage & Environmental planning side of the study for JLL consortium. This project is handled by TNUDF for Chennai Corporation. • Marg Junction Mall: • LandTech had provided Traffic & Transportation Planning for Marg Junction Mall. Scope also included designing Entry/Exit, Ramp Design & Modification of External Road Design based on Peak Volume & other factors. • LandTech had provided a proper accessibility & Intersection design for the Retail Mall to match Traffic Volume projected.

List of Key Projects Roadway/Highway Projects • Gemini Intersection: • For Chennai City Connect, LandTech had developed alternative design for Gemini Intersection in Chennai. • LandTech had arrived at international standard design for Gemini intersection which reduces the Signal Phases to 3 from current 8. • LandTech also proposed a Multi level Flyover for Gemini Intersection as a Long Term Solution • Chennai Outer Ring Road: • For Chennai City Connect, LandTech had developed alternative concepts which was prepared for CMDA.
