  10. Team Frank Easterly, Chairman and Founder Frank Easterly oversees the strategic direction of the company. Frank has 30 years of experience in marketing and sales and 10 years of experience in payment processing. Frank has a BA from Virginia Military Institute and a MBA from the University of Virginia. Scott Genung, Operations VP Scott Genung oversees all settlement operations. Scott incorporates his 22 years of extensive payment processing and software development experience from 16 years with TSYS, an industry leader in both acquiring and issuing payment processing. Scott graduated from LaGrange College with a major in Computer Science. Nick Cianciolo, CTO Nick is the lead architect for Perximity system with a proven track record of delivering innovative technology solutions as a systems engineer; building one of the first dial-up internet service providers;  developing innovative Internet solutions for top global brands including AT&T, Coca-Cola, Delta Airlines, Motorola, Navteq, Nokia, Verizon Wireless and Vodafone. Nick earned a B.S. in Astrophysics from Ball State University.  Eric Wallin, Chief Architect Eric is the lead systems engineer for Perximity and in his 20+ years of experience, he has witnessed the 8-bit computing revolution, the infancy of the public Internet and the emergence of the modern mobile social computing era. Eric's breadth of technical understanding of this medium has guided him in engineering cutting-edge technology solutions for leading Fortune 500 companies, including Coca-Cola, Verizon, Caterpillar, Kimberly-Clark, Ritz-Carlton Hotels, SunTrust Bank and Bank of America.  Eric earned his B.S. in Computer Science from Ball State University.  Bryan Kessler, Architect  Bryan is the lead coder of Perximity's financial transactions and during his 17 year career he has been responsible for the design, development, testing and tracking systems and special programs for AT&T, BP-Amoco, Xerox, LRI and Lifeschool International.  He earned a BS in Industrial Engineering at Georgia Tech.  Logan Ryan, Product Manager Logan Ryan oversees the marketing, market research and creative design of Perximity. Logan started her own web based design business, WebMax, in 2010 and she has extensive software development experience. Logan earned a BS in marketing at VCU. Jack Gardner, Support Services Jack Gardner provides operations support services and is a 30 year veteran of multiple high transaction processing environments including Huntington Bank of Ohio, Lincoln Marketing, and TSYS. Jack has demonstrated expertise in all facets of data processing, file operations, and high volume letter and credit card fulfillment activities.
