The Afterman • Product – Coheed and Cambria double album called “The Afterman: Ascension” and “The Afterman: Descension” • Audience – Anyone who is a fan of the band or alternative or progressive rock music • Desired Outcome – To inform people of the new double album so that they will purchase it when it is released.

The Afterman • This ad stands out because it shows Sirius Amory walking into his ship and talking to the All Mother making the viewer wonder what will happen next. • Typically, bands do not create video advertisements like this for an album. Most bands will write an article giving details about a new album.

  4. The Afterman • In my opinion, I think the advertisement is perfect. Considering that most bands don’t have a concept, most bands aren’t able to create an advertisement like this. • Overall, I think that the advertisement is very effective. It previews an opening song for the album and almost acts as a music video for the song. At the end of the video, it gives information about the double album.
