Recommendations #1 • Development of a NSS • Keep up the goodwork with partners • Promising start for an efficient Public Council • Long term objective: ICBS to utilizeeven more micro data from partners • You have legal right of access but in reality thereare still obstacles • Data protectionenhancements • A worthyobjective for the Strategy

Recommendations #2:Long term strategy • It seemsprogress is slow? • Put more power to the strategygroup • Set up long term objectives • One member of the very top management should take the lead and should be responsible for driving the process. • A small Strategic Group of ca. 4 members from top management . Meet regularly to ensure progress. • The Strategic Group should define the strategic objectives and possible actions • Meetings with team leaders and selected staff from strategy areas. The secretary would digest the interviews and take the results of these consultations back to the Strategy Group
