  8. Training & Exercise • LESSONS LEARNED • Communications interoperability – still and always is the first and most notable issue • Growth in familiarity and comfort with IC/UC/NIMS concepts has been observed, and is anticipated to mature with the increase in ICS300/400 level courses

Further development of Task Force Assets all with more frequent, interagency and substantive training/exercising. • More complete, true communications interoperability across our region (beyond a limited number of 800 radios.) • “Maturity” of the Task Force “Concept of Operations” • Tracking of Goals/Objectives Identified the Task Force and its Committees, and tying these to Target Capabilities • Funding!!!
