I'm Kara L. Altland, a mother and athlete passionate about physical therapy and its impact on my life. From tee ball to tennis, sports have shaped my love for fitness and personal health. I understand the stress motherhood places on the body, from lower back pressure to neck pain. My goal is to promote healthy habits and active living, especially for young athletes. With a keen interest in pediatric rehabilitation, I focus on enhancing motor skills, strength, and endurance in children. I aspire to empower amputee athletes, proving that limitations can be overcome.
