No chest or leg pain sinus pressure increases when lying down at night She sees well with glasses for myopia experiencing only “mild” post-partum pains 168 cm tall Pregnancy full term, No complications applies a perineal cold pack every 4-6 hours Delivered 3rd child yesterday plans to breast-feed periods are regular every 28-30 days recently noted that her scalp has been drier than usual moderate flow lasting 3-4 days has never experienced nosebleeds does not take any medications perineum is “slightly tender” began menstruating at age 12
