  1. These Troubled Times Question of the Week: What do you think of the new Auschwitz camp?

  2. These Troubled Times Question of the Week: What do you think of the new Auschwitz camp? Well I like it because my daddy partly owns it and it makes my little brother look like a jerk when I talk about it around him because he doesn’t even know what this is. It is great here for me because I have everything me and my partner need to do what we need to do. Why are you even asking me? My bed is cement my pajamas have never ever been washed I look like a big goon I have never ever took a bath in my life so don’t even ask me. What the heck is Auswitz or Auschwets or Auschwitz or however you say it? a.e

  3. These Troubled Times Question of the Week: What do you think of the new Auschwitz camp? Why can’t people see what wrongs they are doing? It’s only because they are blinded by their triumphs and not able to see their misunderstandings. I can’t understand why they just want to remember their accomplishments, because now that they are only remembering their triumphs they keep making the same mistake over and over again and they aren’t letting people live their lives to the fullest. Well I don’t think it’s very fair to just lock people up because they look or act different than you, from what I’ve heard it’s better to get to know people before you judge them. They might look different on the outside but on the inside the same. I think it’s great because now we don’t have to worry about all those Jews walking around, and it makes me very angry to see people so different from us walking around in my streets I won’t allow it! I’m not quite sure what’s really going on around here, but I know that something has to be wrong and I’m going to find out one way or another. I also know that it would be a great exploration. Even though my Mother says I can’t go exploring. SR

  4. These Troubled Times Question of the Week: What do you think of the new Auschwitz camp? Bruno Ralf/Father Grandmother Shmuel The camp is very successful. It has helped get rid of those filthy people who were messing with our civilized kind. Now we are superior. Now we can never be defeated. Well I’m not really sure about everything yet. There are lots of other boys but there all on the other side of the fence and I’m not even allowed to talk to them. Something is suspicious around here. This camp is outrageous it not a place fit for children. All those harmless people locked up for no good reason. I have to say I am very disappointed in the way our countries leaders are behaving. Especially my own son! I hate it here, I-I mean it’s okay. But were normal to you know. I miss my old home I want to be back in Poland with my whole family. ET

  5. These Troubled Times Question of the Week: What do you think of the new Auschwitz camp? Bruno: there is tons of kids, but they can never come over and they have to stay on that side of the fence. They have tiny houses with only one floor and no banister to slide down. It is not fair. Father: the camp is good. It keeps us separated. They can’t come over here and we can’t go over there.( who would want to go over there anyway.) Hitler: the camp is great. It keeps those nasty Jews on the other side so that we don’t have to deal with those horrible people. Shmuel: I not supposed to say but I will tell a little. It’s terrible they don’t give us nearly enough food, not enough water, and they beat us. Why is it only us? C.P

  6. Marissa These Troubled Times Question of the Week: What do you think of the new Auschwitz camp? Bruno: Well, there are lots of boys to play with, they just won’t come over. I really didn’t like it here at first but now I sort of do. There’s no one to play with and it doesn’t have five floors or a banister. Then there’s the fence. Everyone, other than the soldiers, seems sad. Grandmother: The very idea is porpostorus! My grandchildren are there and that’s no place for them to be. Those people and their silly ideas of people being different for reasons that can be used against us. Look at my son, Ralf, for example. He’s my own flesh and blood and we almost have nothing in common. If we’re counting differences here than I think that I, as well as my son, be put in there. Shmuel: I-I-I really don’t l-l-I-like it here but there is one thing that I’m really l-l-looking forward to. No one gets enough food and we w-w-wear the same cl-cl-clothes everyday, n-n-not that I’m c-c-om-plaining. Th-th-that’s just the way it is. Hitler: The camp is very successful. It will make history around the world and be taught for many generations to come, your children, and their children, and their children, each in turn. Auschwitz is one of our many leaps to victory over these animals.

  7. These Troubled Times Question of the Week: What do you think of the new Auschwitz camp? Mother: Well first of all I think it is a horrible place for children and they do not deserve to be treated like they do. On the bright side, we do make a bit of money from it. Grandmother: No No ! This is a horrible camp for any human being no one should ever have to stay here and be treated like this we all have to speak up! Shmuel: I am not supposed to say anything about the camp but I guess I will, I don’t think this is a very successful camp for kids maybe adults but definitely not kids we don’t ever play or have fun. Bruno: I don’t really understand what's going on over there but, I know that it is not a great place to live and everyone over there is wearing the same thing and look hungry and sick. Dg

  8. These Troubled Times Question of the Week: What do you think of the new Auschwitz camp? I don’t like the fact that these people are locking up all the Jews. I mean we’re just people just cause we are a different culture doesn’t mean we should be locked up. The camp doesn’t make sense to me. First of all there is only boys, and they all wear striped pajamas. Plus no body will tell me what they are doing. The fact is that I am the commandants cook so I can not say much but I don’t like it, we don’t get to eat very much and they make you work all day It is the best thing that ever happened I mean who would want to be around them. They are no use, I mean us Germans are superior. SP

  9. These Troubled Times Question of the Week: What do you think of the new Auschwitz camp? Bruno: I don’t really know but from what father has told me it is a great place. But every one I see is in striped pajamas and looks hungry. Mother: It’s a horrible place for kids but the camp is working. It will make history but I don't think any kids should be near Auschwitz camp. Father: It is a great camp and is really successful. It is doing a great job and It is bound to make history. Auschwitz is a great camp and will continue on for a whole lot longer. Shmuel: I'm not really allowed to say but I guess I could tell a little bit. I don’t like it. It is a horrible place and we hardly get any food. They beet us if we do something wrong. TH

  10. These Troubled Times Question of the Week: What do you think of the new Auschwitz camp? Bruno I think it is a great idea. It looks like a fun place, all the kids get to run around in there pajamas all day and play with each other Shmuel It’s not very fun back here, were not really being treated as good as the Germans. Its not fair! Gretel I think that it is very useful having the country side so close. Grandmother I think it is horrible! It should have never been made. its not fair to the Jews at all. KY

  11. These Troubled Times Question of the Week: What do you think of the new Auschwitz camp? I don’t like it, because I don’t like my children suffering in here and I don’t want them to be friends with the Jews. I like it here, because I met Shmuel and we always talk everyday. And I think the people on the other side of the fence are nice. I want to meet them. I like it here because I met Kotler and he’s so awesome. And I don’t care about those people on that side of the fence because I think they’re only farmers. I like it because those Jew people are separated from us. So I think were okay in here. MM

  12. w.b These Troubled Times Question of the Week: What do you think of the new Auschwitz camp? I think that they’re good because they cause problems and believe in their emperor god. Our emperor is Adolf Hitler, And the Auschwitz gives us jobs! I HATE IT! Kotler is rude and mean. We don’t even get clean clothes we get worked to death! There's no clean water we don’t even get shoes so they should stop making Auschwitz! They are very BAD! They should have never been built, I know that my husband is working in Auschwitz, but I still very much hate them! I think its very good because we need to keep the Jews away from our land, and they are responsible for all our problems so they should be locked up FOREVER!
