NASDCTEc’s new vision focuses on reflecting, transforming, and leading the way forward for Career and Technical Education (CTE) in New Jersey. Key initiatives involve meeting with the CTE State Advisory Council, undertaking program re-approval processes, and creating taskforces to enhance communication, address perception issues, and improve data collection for Return on Investment (ROI). By developing comprehensive Programs of Study and establishing secondary-postsecondary partnerships, we aim to cultivate college and career readiness for all students.
