WHY WE DO IT We believe that the “human” component is as important as the “technical” component Being able to truly understand the drivers of an international workforce is important Empowering the people in the industry can only be successful if they are properly engaged Communicating effectively and efficiently requires dialogue Adhering to corporate values is as important as understanding one’s individual values People are also stand-alone entities not just “assets” ANOTHER PERSPECTIVE COMMITTEE
