Es una persona que guía a otros hacia una meta común, mostrando el camino y creando un ambiente en el cual los otros miembros del equipo se sientan activamente involucrados en todo el proceso. ¿Qué es liderazgo? Es la capacidad de influir positivamente en el otro para el logro de un fin valioso, común y humano.
