  1. CLD Medical Exam | Charlotte Dot Exam Center It is mandatory under federal guidelines for Commercial Driving License (CDL) applicants to pass DOT or Department of Transportation health exam. The Charlotte DOT exam aims to check the physical and mental capability of a commercial driver. Along with a physical examination, a written and road skill test is also mandatory. Dr. Tebby is a native of Canada, growing up in Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a graduate of North Carolina State University earning a Bachelors of Science degree, as well as Palmer College of Chiropractic, earning his Doctorate as a in Chiropractic  in  1985. Upon graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic, he joined Dr. Fletcher Keith’s practice in west Charlotte, Keith Clinic of Chiropractic, PA.
