born and death • Melvil Dewey was born on December 10,1851 in Adams Center, New York.He died on December 26,1931 in Lake Placid,Florida
But Wait There’s More!!!!!!!!!!! • He was a educator, a scholar, and a journalist .He began collage in 1874 and went to Amherst collage. He also had 2 spouses and a son ,Godfrey Dewey(son),Annie R. Godfrey(1st spouse)and Emily Mckay Beal (2nd spouse)
