  2. Glaciers A glacier is a large body of ice. A glacier is located in cold places. A glacier is 30-40 meters thick . A glacier is made out of water, sediment, rock, and ice. A glacier can fill a whole valley.

  3. It melts by………. If the weather is warm and dry it can cause the glacier to shrink. Sometimes glaciers are caused by global warming and this is what the human response have. When summer arrives the glacier doesn't melt.

  4. Its caused by…… Glaciers begin when snow remains in the same year area. They are 2 main types of glaciers an alpine glacier and continental glacier. When a glacier collects over many years the ice falls done.

  5. Interesting facts • In Australia there are no Glaciers at all • Polar bears loose there habitat because glaciers are shrinking. • Glaciers are caused by global warming.
