Trains on the coastal plains. (Not found in deserts) Cars and busses are used in cities. People may walk form place to place when they can. Boats for shipping at ports. Oil is the number one source of wealth. Majority of jobs are near the coast. Cities on the coast have access to more trade opportunities and become the trading centers for the region. Increasing their wealth. Farming done on the coast near the water sources. Water is near the coast so people move there. Desalinization (Removing the salt from water for drinking) Oil Money buys factory goods and a wider variety of foods. . Adapt clothing - Covering head Long sleeves and long garments. Choice of clothing color. Use date palms to make rope of food products. Terrace Farming (Terracing) Tents made from goat hair or other animal skins.
