In your life it is important to have a Healthy Lifestyle. So you don’t get un-healthy. There are 3 ways to keep your life good 1. Eating healthy- So you keep a balanced diet 2. Getting Active- Doing abit of sport to keep yourself fit 3. Feeling good- You should always feel good about yourself.

  2. This promotes smallsteps4life because they took small steps to get where they are now. Olympic Values Friendship is important in a team so you work together well.

  3. Eat well To ensure you keep up your balanced diet you do need to eat protein, fish, meat, dairy, beans and pulses, cereals and grains, vegetables and fruit. (food triangle) Also you need to keep yourself fit and exercise. Challenge: Try something new

  4. Get Active Don’t just sit on your sofa all day unsocial able. Get outside in the fresh air do some sport go for a run, play a game of tennis, swimming, go to the park and get active. Challenge: get active at least 2 times a week!

  5. Feeling good What makes you feel good? Hanging with friends Going for a run Reading a book Playing on the Xbox Having a meal Spending time with your family Always live your life how you want to
