  2. Biography / Who are you? School: Temple University Major: Management Information Systems Year: Senior Anticipated Graduation:May 2014 Hometown: Lanham, Maryland After Graduation: Career in IT, specifically around data analytics.

  3. Key Projects – SharePoint Site • Purpose – • Connections sites closing down • Needed to migrate content from IT Governance & Communications wikis to SharePoint • Impact – • Improved the users’ navigation experience. • Opportunity to review the documents associated with the process • Design & create the IT Governance Process SharePoint site.

  4. Key Projects – Data Quality • Purpose – • Rid Clarity of project discrepancies • Want Clarity to accurately reflect the dept’s accomplishments this year, so the dept can plan appropriately for the next • Impact – In 2 wks • Identified 121 projects with an issue • 46% of projects updated, resulting in 53% of errors removed • Improved overall accuracy of the project portfolio in Clarity • Created a process that will be continued on to further improve accuracy • Checking projects for flags within/outside Compass & Clarity. • Creating a resolutions process to update the flagged projects.

KeyProjects – Service Management • Purpose – • Merge service cost data with service application data • Consolidate various applications lists into one from various sources • Impact – • Enable the org to identify cost saving opportunities • Established a single source document for all applications for our cost to serve model • Consolidate & organize lists that identify services, applications & costs.

  6. Key Projects – IT Security • Purpose – • Document what domains returned so security checks could be run on the sites • Impact – • Now can eliminate potential threats on active domains • Identified registered domains that are no longer active • Checking website domains.

  7. KeyProjects – Apptio Training Guide • Purpose – • Current guide did not reflect the version of Apptio the dept uses • Impact – • Created foundation of the guide that could be built upon as needed • Gave the perspective of new end user approaching Apptio • Develop the initial training guide.

Campbell Intern Experience Based on your experience with Campbell’s, what did you learn? • New technical skills: • Microsoft SharePoint, Clarity, Compass & Apptio • Tailor messages for different audiences • Soft skills that have built confidence • Process of initiating change in a company/dept What was your biggest surprise? • Relating my coursework with a corporate environment • Small company feel
