  1. 7 Days Diet Meal Plan Plant-based diets are becoming more popular as more and more people seek to improve their health and eat more natural foods. A plant-based diet inspires having whole plant-based foods while minimizing animals products and processed foods. However, this differs from vegan or vegetarian diets.
