Definitions • Fixed mindset: • Belief that your intelligence and abilities cannot be changed. • Fear making mistakes. • Always trying to prove yourself. • Growth mindset: • Belief that your abilities and intelligence can change through effort and learning. • View mistakes as learning opportunities. • Learning for yourself, not for anyone else.
