  4. Why? • Deficiencies in current planning and registration process. • Independent systems perform specific tasks. • Systems are not integrated and don’t collaborate.

Usability of old System • Almost impossible to plan a one year schedule • Impossible to plan program • Not easy to find classes in some cases (CSC or CPE) • No help if switching majors • No graphical display of schedule • No discussion boards available • No wizard or automated planning tool • Ugly and unfriendly
