In addition to this, we also provide training classes – a complimentary starter class is provided free of charge as soon as your contract begins. After this, you will have the option to continue. The classes we provide are: • Website and Internet Research • Database and Application understanding • General IT Literacy I • General IT Literacy II

  4. What is so different about us? • We are unique in that we are able to rectify the majority of technologically related problems remotely, due to our in-house specially designed service. On the rare occasion that this is not successful, we will send a technician to visit your office in order to resolve the problem as soon as possible ensuring the minimum inconvenience to you. • We offer a month long trial to our new clients and if you are not completely satisfied with the standards of service received, you can cancel the trial at any point during this month. • We provide a fixed price service, with predictable, already agreed costs and therefore, no expensive call-out charges. • We are constantly working behind the scenes, maintaining your network and systems, resulting in a disruption-free service for you. • We provide continual and routine maintenance, which prevents your PC from developing serious problems that can remain un-detected.

Why do you need this? • All inter-site communications are carried out over a secure Virtual Private Network (VPN.) • We will install a firewall and remote access solutions, at no extra cost, this will help to protect you from hackers. It will also be possible for employees to work remotely through this whilst still maintain complete access to emails and/or files. • We are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via our emergency number* • We will also install a server management system which is able to monitor the activity of your server and alerts is when it is approaching high capacity. • All data is backed up every evening, to ensure that there is always a second copy, kept in a safe location, should you need it. * Should this service be required.
