  3. To report to total trainings’ budget to the budgeting department. To determine procedures of trainings for a year. SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT To list and add departments according to personels’ trainings needs. To specify a cost of meeting the needs. To be entered results by managers and HR specialist for needs evaluation. To estimate trainings - hours for each department.

  4. WHO WILL USE THIS SITE? • HR (Human Resources) Specialist • Managers

RISK MANAGEMENT • The process of learning new program like Pyton and Django is the risk for project • Time managemet is the most important factor for project to completion of project. • If one or more group member can not come to meeting this will be risk for processing of project. • Project deliverables is the most imortant factor for project so group member must keep project deliverables. • Human’s psyhcology is changeble and this is the factor for process of project. If there is need, project members should motivate each other.

  6. USE CASE SUITE • UC 101 Manager submits a Request for Training(RfT) • Goal(s) Manager is required to prepare and submit RfT’s for evaluation. Otherwise their departments get no training.

  7. UC 111 Review individual Request for Training(RfT) • Goal(s) HR specialist will examine the form that prepared by manager. • UC 112 HR specialist sees total resource figures • Goal(s) HR specialist sees total cost for the training

UC 113 HR specialist sees the list of all Request for Training(RfT) • Goal(s) HR specialist will evaluate all Request for Training(RfT) • UC 114 HR specialist approve or disapprove individual Request for Training(RfT) • Goal(s) HR specialist will eliminate RFTs’ according to approving or disapproving.

  9. UC 115 HR specialist approve or disapprove multiple Request for Training(RfT) • Goal(s) HR specialist eliminates RfTs’ according to approving or disapproving. • UC 105 Manager see results for request • Goal(s) Manager will reach the results of requests

  10. USABILITY REQUIREMENTS • System shall user friendly to mangers and HR • Backgrounds and colors used in the program shall be consistent and integrated to the company concept. • System shall not confuse users.

  11. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS • Access will be controlled with usernames and passwords. • Only administrator users will have access to administrative functions • Passwords must be 4-14 characters long • It is capable of understanding upper-case letters or lower-case letters.

  12. Environmental Requirements • Hardware requirements => Personal Computers (PC) • Software requirements=>PYTHON • Providedinterfaces => DJANGO • Data import and export requirements=>MYSQL database.

  13. Technical Constraints Assumptions about the output devices are: • User has a 17-inch or larger screen with 1024x768 pixels that can display thousands of colors (16 bit or more). • We will not use any audio features.  Assumptions about the input devices are: • We assume only that the user has a standard keyboard and mouse. • This "pay-at-the-pump" system has digits 0-9, “Login", "Cancel", and 10 buttons at the screen.

  14. Assumptions about the time are: • Managers or HR are expected to login almost 10 seconds. • Use cases UC-115 and UC-105 are expected to take a few seconds each because they just click to the button. • Use case UC-101 should take about 3 minutes. • All other use cases should take less than 1 minutes. • Windowing systems,UI technologies are: • The pages will also be functional in browsers without javascript • Simple HTML with simple JPG images.

  15. Safety • We have a confirmation step, but we have not reviewed the user interface to find all such actions.

  16. Consistency and Familiarity • Functionality It is not used the same label or icon for two different meanings. • Font and color scheme It is consistent style sheet but some parts in our font style can be either bold or not. • Labels Actually we did not use forward back. We put “HOMEPAGE” button for almost every page.
