  1. Head Start Partners Meeting SPCAA Human Resources 9/17/2009

  2. Information Needed from Partners • Current Roster of Lead Teachers and Teacher Assistants -Date of Birth -Hire Dates • SPCAA HR will coordinate with Team Leaders and partner staff to obtain information

  3. Staff TBs and Physicals • Change to SPCAA Head Start Policy regarding Staff TBs and Physicals -staff must have initial TB screening and physical exam and then as recommend by physician (Head Start Performance Standards) -Current SPCAA Policy requires TB screenings and physicals are conducted annually -Policy Revision- Staff initial TB screening and physical and follow-up screenings and exams every 3 years, or as recommended by physician

  4. SPCAA HR/Partner Monitoring • Conducted 2 times every year • Fall and Spring -schedule: October and February -Partners will be contacted to set up meeting times to ensure availability • Monitor Teacher Qualifications and ensure Head Start Performance Standards addressing Human Resource issues are met
