  1. 2013-2014 Florida District Governor’s Project CAPES

  2. Purpose CAPES aims to show Key Clubbers the superhero they can become through the core values of leadership, character building, caring, and inclusiveness.

  3. Educate Ensure that all Key Club members are aware of the large service organization they constitute, as well as what it stands for. By helping students understand the meaning of Key Club membership, character will be built and leadership developed. Each member will appreciate and uphold the objects of Key Club International.

  4. Promote Demonstrate the objects of Key Club International through service. Encourage character growth and development in homes, schools, and communities. Key Club members will discover the servant leader within themselves by performing acts of service in their communities.

  5. Become Key Clubbers today will uncover the superheroes of tomorrow by actively illustrating the values and objects of Key Club International. Caring and competent service leaders will carry out the mission of serving the children of the world.

  8. Key Club Objects #1-4 1. To develop initiative and leadership. 2. To provide experience in living and working together. 3. To serve the school and community. 4. To cooperate with the school principal. 5. To prepare for useful citizenship.

  9. Key Club Objects #5 Pt. 1 5. To accept and promote the following ideals: To give primacy to the human and spiritual, rather than to the material values of life. To encourage the daily living of the Golden Rule in all human relationships. To promote the adoption and application of higher standards in scholarship, sportsmanship and social contacts.

  10. Key Club Objects #5 Pt. 2 To develop, by precept and example, a more intelligent, aggressive, and serviceable citizenship. To provide a practical means to form enduring friendships, to render unselfish service and to build better communities. To cooperate in creating and maintaining that sound public opinion and high idealism which makes possible the increase of righteousness, justice, patriotism and good will.
