  4. Summary Cal decides that him and Beth should get counseling but Beth doesn't agree and decides to leave him. Calvin wanted to make sure that Beth loved him but he had his doubts. Cal told Conrad about it the morning after it happened but conrad didn't understand why she didnt say goodbye. Cal announces that they are going to move soon and they both tell each other that they love each other

  5. Quote “I Love You , Man” - Conrad Conrad finally opens up and tells his dad he loves him and it turns into an emotional part.

  6. Character change Conrad changes because he started developing feeling and he finally admitted that he loved his dad.

  7. Major conflict The conflict in this chapter is that Beth left her family.
