  11. Antiques- General General Collectibles Coins

  12. Chicken Soup Series Series are shelved in their series group

  13. Cookbooks are grouped: Celebrity Canning/ Preserving Special Diets Breads Name Brand Children’s Health

  14. New Books are Featured- Front and Center

  15. Children’s Materials - Grouped in “themes” for kids

  16. Another example of Children’s Books – Lego books themed together

  17. Little House Books – grouped together In Chronological Order

  18. Results to Date • Has circulation increased? • Are patrons discovering “new” materials? • Is the investment of staff time for project paying off? • What has the overall community response been?

Still working on: Add needed areas Determine organization within areas --Will likely be by author within each section area NEKLS is assisting with the process of adding “section” indicators to the Public Notes Field of the records, which is a searchable field. Wellsville uses full author name on spine label plus call number
