  3. Implementation of customer service guidelines • Installation of new signage throughout the hotels • Lobbies • Indoor and outdoor pool areas • Restaurant areas • Completion of staff training in new customer service guidelines Spring Season

  4. Stay well hydrated • Choose water over soft drinks or juices • Drink whenever you are thirsty • Apply sunscreen throughout the day • Wear hat or visor • Wear comfortable, non-slip shoes To Help Our Guests Protect Themselves by the Outside Pool

  5. Complete scheduled room checks • Repair any defects immediately • Verify lock mechanisms are working properly • Hallways must be well lit • Check HVAC systems daily • Refer questions to your supervisor Protect Our Guests - Inside
