POS – how we can improve it? • Better planning + direct distribution to HPD • First – we ask their needs • Second – plan it for production and distribution • Third – control real distribution and performance of every HPD. • Direct deliveries to HPD: • By sales staff during their trips • By transportation company • Control of POS • By sales staff • By marketing staff Then we can count on having good POS at every HPD!
