  4. Tableau Server 101 All users must have signed the SLCM Statement of Responsibility before requesting access. Contact Aaron Vaught for training if not already completed.

  6. Tableau Server 101 Give us the real date. We have been very good at meeting deadlines. Please do not pad your request. If this is a recurring request then tell us. If you would like on-going access as a dashboard then tell us. If you think the dashboard will be helpful for other departments then tell us. Data prior to Fall 2008 is extremely difficult to get and must be requested from institutional research. Expect significant delays (months).

  8. Tableau Server 101 This is basically the same text as the Statement of Responsibility Check the box and continue to the dashboards tagged for your position Log in with your normal Link Blue ID and Password

  9. Tableau Server 101 Select the dashboard you are interested in by clicking on it. Some have multiple sheets with different views and options.

  10. Tableau Server 101 - Data comes directly from SAP. It is current as of approximately 2 A.M. each day. Select the dashboard you are interested in by clicking on it Ensure the correct selection is made on the filters. If your data appears incorrect, this is often the cause.

  11. Tableau Server 101 If you get lost within the server just go to the tag drop down menu on the left of the page and select your tag (DM, Chair, Advisor, etc) and you will go right back to the workbooks we have built for you.

  12. Tableau Server 101 This box lets you download the image, data, crosstab (excel), or pdf. If crosstab is ‘grayed out’ then click on the data you want printed and go back to this icon.
