  7. RMA趨勢分析 – Y2012 Vs Y2013 • 2012與2013退貨數量對比確認: PC6001 & PC9059 & PC9059機種退貨數量相對增加,API6PC06 & AD8027退貨數量呈現下降. • 退貨機種主要問題點: PC9059 * R4/R5& APA006 * Q3 & PC6001 * C6/C65 & Q1

  8. RMA 統計– Lenovo • 2013年退貨機種來看，除EOL機種外，退貨主要機種集中為: API6PC06系列,PC6001系列, PC9059,APA006,AD8027 • 從退貨狀況來看, PC9059呈現退貨數量上升凸顯，從9月份開始導入R4/R5對策，退貨數量呈現下降趨勢 背景底色為暗色表示機種EOL
