Leased Property Expansions • Salem CBOC • Expand 10,000 ft² to 26,000 ft² • Add Eye Care, Audiology, PT, X-Ray and Comp & Pen • Expected to open May 2014 • East Portland CBOC • Expand to 7,000 ft² to 26,000 ft² • Add extensive Mental Health Clinic services • Locate near largest concentration of mental health patients • Expected to open early 2015

New Construction • Portland Parking Garage • New 4-deck garage located near the entrance to the Portland campus • Added net 220 spaces, to free patient parking in the existing garage • Structure will accept an additional 2 decks (150 spaces) • Garage opened in August 2013 • Vancouver Primary Care Building • New 20,000 ft² structure where C-Tran bus turn-around is now • Includes space for 15 Patient Aligned Care Teams (PACTs) • Expect construction funding in FY2014
