  3. Playoff Structure • 112 Regional Quarterfinal Games • Played over two days • 64 Regional Semifinal Games • 32 Regional Final Games • 16 State Semifinal Games • 8 State Finals Games

  4. Qualifications for Playoffs • OGB – Page 19 – “Criteria to be Followed in Making Assignments” • Solid mechanics • Physically fit • Committed • Recommendation forms – divided by round

  5. Feedback from Schools Coaches were asked their opinions: • “Our association is very well run.” • “Umpires have become very poor in our area and there is nothing being done to improve them.” • “They train frequently and work well together.” • “We do not have anyone that I would recommend…they do not know all the rules…I have expressed my concerns to the association and nothing was done.”

  6. Customer Service • Treat the coaches the way you want to be treated • Schools don’t have to use your association • No grudges • No drama • Look within your association for issues

  7. 2012-13 Season • Powder blue and black uniform tops • Expectations • Every game is important to those athletes • Keep the ego in check • If you don’t know, ask!!
