  3. A few duties of the traffic unit • Patrol city streets • Set up DWI Check-Points • Set up child restraint checks • Set up road studies • Set up radar watches

  4. The Criteria for the Unit • 1) Radar Certified • 2) Intoxylizer Certified • 3) Be with the Department at least 2 years

  5. Trooper FOXWORTHY would say “You might be in a crash if you…” • Speed • Follow too closely • Fail to yield • Travel left of center • Drive while impaired
