Project Goals / Accomplishments • Integrate state and federal Internet sites combining plat and survey access. • Ability to look up case information • Status: State Status Plats with Case Look Up on-line, BLM Plats on Intranet • Coming: On-line Survey Plats, Recorder’s Office Imaging.   6. Tightening Up Transaction Systems • Use Recorder's Office data to update LAS files. Plan to ship data to BLM. • Automate plat update sequence using aliquot part legal descriptions (MTRSC) • Update Internet accessible images on overnight batch jobs. • Credit Card Payments over the Web Building Cadastral Partnerships

  7. Summary • DNR & BLM are building on-line Land Record Systems • Automation Strategies will work to keep record systems connected and current. • Quality of the public record improves • More convenience for the customer • Cadastral Issues need to be incorporated. Building Cadastral Partnerships
