Investigating Lck Activation and Src Phosphorylation in SW480 and SW620 Cells

This study examines the expression and activation of Lck and Src kinases in colorectal cancer cell lines SW480 and SW620. Using Western blot analysis, we assess the phosphorylation of Src at tyrosine 419 (pY419) and the role of Lck in promoting this activation.
