Characterization of ATLAS12M Sensors: Charge Collection Analysis at Tsukuba

This report discusses the characterization status of ATLAS12M sensors, focusing on the charge collection of irradiated devices using protons. No absolute charge values are provided in the analysis. The study employs the Alibava system to compare sensor performance at -30°C, using a Sr-90 source for measurements. Notably, previously obtained data is scaled down by 2.1% for consistency with new measurements. Insights from the recent meetings held by the ATLAS-J Group are included, contributing to the ongoing evaluation of sensor quality and reliability.
