This article examines the communication dynamics between nurse faculty members and students through the lens of Transactional Analysis, particularly focusing on ego states. Using qualitative and quantitative methods, the study explores how adult and nurturing parent ego states influence educational outcomes and foster student confidence. With a population of 32 nursing faculty members, findings reveal that the adult ego state is predominantly used in communication. Understanding these dynamics aims to enhance educational effectiveness and problem-solving in nursing education.
